Our cozy and comfortable homestay is located right next to the main roundabout, making it very near to the main shopping districts of the city. We are located in a suburban street, away from the traffic, so there's no worries about catching a good night's sleep. Our homestay boasts a living room with a TV, sound system, and Xbox 360, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The separate bedroom comes with ample storage space for your belongings.
We want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, which is why we provide full amenities such as fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and more. Our homestay is also conveniently located only a 3-minute walk away from a busy complex that can fulfill all your needs, whether it's shopping, dining, or entertainment.
Parking and WiFi are available, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot to park or staying connected during your stay. Our homestay is perfect for solo travelers or duos who want a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring the city. A spare futon is available on request.

About the Area
Our house is located within Kiarong complex area. Within a few minutes walk, you will be within a busy complex that can fulfill all your needs, whether it's shopping, dining, or entertainment. The clinic is a 3-minute walk and the hospital is a 5 minutes drive away.
The house leads to the main road that will get you to the Gadong, Kiulap, the capital city or the airport in 10 minutes. It is very easy to order a taxi for this area as well.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am.
No parties or events. Registered guests only. No additional people will be permitted at the property without prior consent.
No pets allowed. We have 3 cats & we don't want to start a fight :(
Keep all doors closed to prevent bugs, stray cats/dogs from coming in.
Please turn off all electrical appliances when not in use. It's also a fire hazard to leave them on!
Please wash and dry any cutleries, plates, cups, pot/pans after using.
If you damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
