I am a working marketing professional with a 1 year old son. On weekends, I tutor English to young children under 12.
My newly renovated, clean and comfortable house is centrally located in Ajax, a very bike-able area with dedicated bike lanes. It is a 5 minute walk away from the busy stop and within a 5 minute drive from the major highway (401) so it's convenient to get around the Greater Toronto Area! The bedroom located in the basement is fully furnished with new furniture and is accessible through a private side entrance.
Guest will have access to the kitchenette, living room, dining area, and bathroom that sometimes may be shared with short term house guests. Light breakfast is available for self-serve. One free parking is available on the driveway. High speed wifi, workstation in bedroom. Laundry available once a week.
Within an hour commute through public transit are:

- Trent University Durham GTA

This house is centrally located in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood within a 5 min drive from highway 401 & GO station, & within walking distance to public transit, grocery stores, restaurants, & parks. It is a bike friendly area with dedicated bike lanes. You can go everywhere in Ajax within 2 hours! Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, and hospital.

House Rules
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors at all times.
Please keep personal belongings within your private bedroom and out of shared areas like the bathroom, kitchenette, and living room so other guests can enjoy the space as well!
No parties or events. Registered guests only. No additional people will be permitted at the property without prior consent.
Quiet hours are from 12am - 7am. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood.
No smoking inside the house.
Keep all doors closed to prevent bugs from coming in and to converse energy.
Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There’s a little garbage bin for everything else.
Please avoid eating in the bedrooms.
Follow the trash guidelines provided
If you damage something, please let me know so I can arrange for its replacement or repair.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
