Come stay in the heart of beautiful Aldershot, Burlington! A private 2 bed studio apartment awaits you. With a full fridge, sink, microwave, wi-fi, 4-piece bathroom and desks for studying or surfing the net, you will be right at home as a college/university student or young working professional.
With access to the main house you can do laundry and cook full meals. We are a professional family (education and real estate), with two small children and a super friendly fuzzy dog! You are always welcome to join us for meals, great conversation or a local trip around town. We have hosted international students in the past that have attended the local high school for the year.
Only a 5 minute walk to the Aldershot GO station. 15 minutes to McMaster University and Mohawk College. 2-3 minutes by car to QEW/403/407. A short drive to Fortino's groceries, IKEA, Home Hardware
Local amenities that are within walking distance include Tim Horton's, local fitness facilities, restaurants, banking, dry cleaning, nail and hair salons, barber shops, convenience stores, shopping, LaSalle Park and marina, Hidden Valley Park, Royal Botanical Gardens and many, many more!

Our house is in a quiet, mature, tree-lined neighbourhood in Aldershot, Burlington.
Only a 5 minute walk to the Aldershot GO station. 15 minutes to McMaster University and Mohawk College. 2-3 minutes by car to QEW/403/407. 40 minutes from Pearson International Airport and 45 mins-1hr to downtown Toronto. A short drive to Fortino's groceries, IKEA, Home Hardware

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Guests are free to come and go as they please from the studio. Please ensure that it is locked when not at home. Guests can come into the main house to use the laundry facilities and cook - please make arrangements with our family to ensure there is no conflicting schedules. No smoking or drug use in the studio, home or on property. No open flames or portable stoves permitted in the studio. Guests are required to wash their own linens and towels (provided for them). As well, long term guests are required to keep the studio neat and tidy.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
