Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, shower room and large outside deck shared with single middle age mother of two young adults. Short walking distance to sky train, close to SFU, BCIT and Brentwood mall.

POWER - you are to turn OFF all lights/fans when not in the room (or anticipate a quick return)
CLEANLINESS - you are to leave (kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Hallway, Patio and Shared bathroom) in the same shape you find it, clean. Your room may be kept to your liking and odor free.
KITCHEN - you may use all dishes, utensils, pots and containers but none may leave the apartment.
NO FRYING OR DEEP FRYING. Cooking may not be left unattended at all times.
NOISE - per building regulation - keep quiet when in the hallways and immediate surrounding of building. Keep music, tv ect for your personal enjoyment.
SCENT FREE home - no open flame candles, in-scent, heavy perfumes ect.
ACCESS to rooms outside of your room 6 am to 10 pm.
Smoking is not allowed.

The house is in pleasant neighborhood with a Great location near 2 sky train stations, different bus stops and shopping malls within walking distance. The house is always very clean and organized and the rooms are very spacious.
The host is the most kind, generous and helpful person. She was always there to help when needed. I was very fortunate to stay with her and I'm glad that I have found a great friend.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
