Hello everyone！You can all me Joe. I have been living in Burnaby for over 10 years. I am a professional computer graphic designer, currently working full-time from home, which allows me more flexible time to both work and take care of my tenants. I don't smoke, drink, or have pets, and I enjoy a quiet and clean living environment. Therefore, every day I personally clean the common areas of the house, including the bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, swimming, and hiking. * This room just for one person booking only, we don't accept extra guests.
* No pets are allowed inside.
* Safety Camera has been installed at living room to let us know when guests will be check-in, if we are not at home.
* No visitors allowed to enter the house.
* No drugs, drinking or loud music, smoking is allowed outdoors only.
* Kitchen is available for light use (Means no any oil cooking like stir-fry raw meat /raw fish / vegetables and scrambled eggs, or boiled meat) Sorry, Oven and Frying Pan can not be used here. You may use the microwave, stove top, toaster and kettle.

The living room was very clean and tidy, and the housemates were clearly considerate of one another. The host was kind as well.

The host cancelled the booking on the day of arrival.

The place is nice, the bedroom is cozy.
Zhitao is very pendant to everything, so thats good if you need something.
During the summer days the room could be a bit to warm.
There are more rules at the house, mostly common sence ones, but it would be nice to know all of them beforehand while booking (shower times, eating is only allowed at the dinning room, one time laundry for free, etc). Easy rules.
Anyways the place was very organized and very quiet what is nice too.
There are two buses that connect you with the skytrain in some minutes.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
