Please send your booking requirement with self-introduction because we wouldn't like to share our home with a stranger whom we know nothing.
This house is ideally located downtown close to Deer Lake, City Hall, a very safe neighborhood in Burnaby, Great Vancouver.
We cater to guests who rarely cook and don't travel with children. We also cannot accept reservations without a profile photo.
The easy going hosts speak Mandarin Chinese and English. Please don't hesitate to contact them if you need any additional information or have any special requirements or questions.
The bedroom with walk-in closet is equipped with a queen-size bed and fully furnished linens, which you'll wash at your convenience. And the private bathroom next door is equipped with a shower and bathtub. A washer and dryer are available for free use in the shared kitchen. There is also free high speed wireless internet and free parking.
The bus stop is across the street from the house, about 10 meters away. 12 minutes to Metropolis Mall, the largest mall in Greater Vancouver.

About the Area
The house is located in the center of Burnaby, close to City Hall, Deer Lake and the Village Museum. It's a quiet neighbourhood. The bus stop is only 20 meters from the house and 12 minutes to Metropolis, one of the biggest shopping malls in the Greater Vancouver area.

House Rules
1. No friend into the unit. No overnight close relative visitor.
2. There is a no-shoes policy in the unit. Never step in with shoes, sandals and dirty slippers.
3. No meals, colored drinks, coffee in the bedroom. Please leave on desk $30 for one stained spot on carpet.
4. No strong smell cooking for maintaining a good and clear air environment.
5. making noise as gentle as possible when you close the door, twisting the knob of the lock and loose it when the door has been closed, no punching close. Especially at night.
You should responsible for maintenance of cleaning of the places and house wares you use during your stay such as room carpet, toiletries, bed covers, towels and etc. Please don't have the bathroom door fully closed when you are not in the bathroom. Let Flowing and drying air kills mold.

When you check out
Please text me when you check out as I'd like to have some idea of the time of cleaning job for our next guest. The keys should be left into the locker of your bedroom door when you move out. The front door is ok unlocked. Also please take out and place on table every of your things in the cupboard and refridger in the kitchen if you have something you don't like to take along with you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
