A lovely home with a kind family looking to host students/working holiday. My husband, I, and our daughter have been hosting students for over 10 years now and love to meet new people. Nearby the home there is a supermarket, Tim Hortons, a drugstore, and a few restaurants all within a 10-minute walking distance. Feel free to use the living room, dining room, and kitchen. My daughter sings and plays guitar. Tagalog is also spoken at home but the language mainly used is English.
No pets please.

About the Area
Our house is located on the North side of the city, a 15-minute drive from the airport. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away and several more stops all within a 10-minute radius. If you like walking the train station is about a 20-minute walk away. There are several shops in the area for your convenience.

They are such a wonderful family. The host is incredibly generous and thoughtful. I will never forget the amazing memories I made while staying in this home. The house is exceptionally tidy and well-organized. The garden is absolutely lovely, and the washing machine and dryer are brand-new. It's heartbreaking to leave this house, but I will definitely keep in touch with the family because they are genuinely sweet.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
