House Rules

We expect STRICT compliance of our guests on the following rules:

1. Full payment of the total booking fee in cash upon arrival.
2. Keep your room clean and tidy.
3. No food or drinks in the bedroom.
4. No loud noise.
5. No smoking or vaping allowed.
6. No drinking of alcoholic beverages.
7. No visitors or unregistered guests allowed.
8. No pets allowed.
9. No parties and events allowed.
10. No shoes inside the house.
11. Maintain shared areas with other guests clean and tidy after you use it.
12. Maintain cleanliness at the bathroom after every use.
13. Turn off the lights and any electronics when leaving.
14. Please take care of the furnishings. Corresponding fee will be charged for
any damages to the furnishings.
15. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
16. Please do your dishes and maintain cleanliness at the kitchen.
17. Please take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
18. Please take the trash out and throw to the correct trash bin before you
leave.
19. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
20. Front door / main entrance MUST lock at all times.
21. Only street parking is available.
22. Strict compliance on CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT times.
