We are an older couple our home is in the city of Cambridge Ontario. It quite a large house with two extra bedroom in the basement with very large windows. Shared Wash-bathroom. The kitchen would be shared. Our street is very quite with lots of greenery and parks close by. Our property backs on to an open space a bird sanctuary and many other parks and rivers close by. Spring and summer all sorts of birds and small animals around. Busses run frequently on cross streets from our street. Currently we have I permanent person staying in one of our rooms.

About the Area
Our house is located in the northside of the city of Cambridge. We are about 8 min from the Cambridge shopping center-mall. Many other local stores for shopping in the area. We are about about 15 minutes to the Kitchener airport, 45 minutes to Hamilton airport and One and a half hour to Toronto International airport.

Doors are windows are to be locked when leaving the house
If kitchen is used please guess need to clean up after themselves
No strangers in our home. No sleep overs only the person staying in our home .
If the guest would like to invite a friend over for a day visit they MUST ask first.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
