We are a family likes to go out part in summer and winter we like to keep around downtown and we always enjoy new food ideas and be outdoors
The home is located in the wonderful city of Coquitlam it is surrounded by nature and lots of city complexes where you can do lots of sports Vancouver family like to go outside and I have lots of fun we like to eat in restaurants with diverse of food
The apartment complex has two gyms in a club house with the pool basketball Court table tennis it is also located near schools and colleges in Coquitlam and close to the skytrain
Also Is really close to the Coquitlam Centre Mall
The student will have his own bedroom and own bathroom he must clean his bedroom

The apartment is close to sky train, buses and two blocks away from the Coquitlam Center Mall. It is also close to Douglas College and other colleges and universities.

Before leaving the bed room to go to school have a it cleaned and door open
We serve dinner at 6-8 depending on day light
No noise after 8 pm if watching tv or movies please bring headphones
No bad smells, vacuum once a week (we provide vacuum)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
