we have hosted students for many years. I live in a townhouse where it’s safe, clean and respectful . You have bathroom next to your room which you share with another female student. You have a large fridge for just you and other student if there is one at the time .

Bedroom and bathroom must be cleaned once a week and washing of laundry.
NO food in bedroom (carpeted room)

Quiet time after 10:00pm
No strangers are brought to our home .
If you would like a friend over, you will need to ask because there is another student studying and she may need quite days to study.
Please leave house locked windows closed when you leave the house . This is a peaceful home , we are respectful to everyone’s needs and a positive home .
There will be a small damage deposit required for long term stays and then returned to you once your homestay has ended and there is no damage to the property. Thanks for understanding.

Of all the homestays I have visited, Graziella's place is by far the best. Not only is she a lovely host who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome, but her home is impeccably clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The location is also very convenient, as it is very easy to take a bus to get around Coquitlam or to get the skytrain to go wherever you want. I highly recommend staying at Graziella's homestay for an unforgettable experience. The internet is so fast and you have your own and quiet space to work or study.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
