About the Area
Our house is located in the border of coquitlam and burnaby. Only 2 minutes walk from bus stop and minutes bus drive to City of Lougheed Skytrain station with many options if you want to discover other beautiful places in Vancouver mainland. Exelente location, close to malls, community centers, parks, restaurants gym, grocery stores.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Smoking is not allowed in our home.
Please close window(s) doors, turn off light(s) of your room.
Make sure front door is closed and locked when leaving our house.
Please keep your room, bathroom, laundry and kitchenette clean at all times.
Please be quiet after 10:30pm.
No visitors at any time.
Bathroom use:
No showers between 10pm - 5 am.
Please keep the use of bathroom under 15 minutes.
You will be sharing the bathroom.
You will need to bring or buy your personal body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.
For safety make sure the floor is dry.
Laundry Use:
Once per week - (day to be determined)
I will show you how to use the laundry facilities and will provide the washing detergent. You will be expected to take care of your own laundry.
Payment Method:
Please note that we require 50% payment 14 days before arrival and full payment one week (7 days) before arrival - Details will be discussed after confirming the booking online.
We recommend PayPal as a payment method.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask our guests to give us minimum 1 week (7 days) notice for any cancellation.
Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.

I had an amazing experience staying at Monica's and her family's place! They welcomed me like family and helped me discover Vancouver and Canada during the almost 6 months I stayed with them. I truly am grateful for them and hope we'll stay in touch. I'll miss you all, have a great summer!

I stayed at Monica and her family’s home for 10 days and they were such a sweet and kind hearted family! They were also understanding and friendly throughout the whole duration of stay. The room has all you need, including hangers, a drawer, mirror, etc.. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a home to stay in Vancouver!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
