Hello, We are a warm Greek family hosting International students for about 4 years. We live in our home and provide all the necessities to accommodate our students while they are at school or working. We have a little beagle 2 years old and we have one adult child living with us. We have 2 big bright spacious private bedrooms fully furnished and a shared bathroom among the 2 students. We provide 2 meals breakfast self serve weekdays as we are working parents and provide full brunch lunch and supper on the weekends. No vegans or vegetarians. We live in East York 15 min away from downtown GTA Young and Bloor. Great location 2 min walk to the bus stop and walking distance to Danforth. Major intersection Pape and Cosburn.

About the Area
Our home is located in the city walking distance to the bus and a 2 minute commute to the subway station. Close to parks , cafes, restaurants, schools and downtown Toronto. We live in a safe residential area and TTC access is right at your door.

No smoking or drugs in the home. quiet respectful students who are looking for a place to stay and study, work and relax. I provide all accommodation's for one flat fee long term preferred but short term welcomed minimum 3 months.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
