Me and my boyfriend live here alone, we love to go out on walks frequently with our two very docile dogs. My boyfriend is out of the house most days either working or at the university. We love quite time and relaxing, especially my boyfriend who spends the majority of his free time throughout the semester studying. I do photography, specializing in animal photography and love to snuggle up with the puppies for a couple hours in our bean bag. Simple, quite, and clean. Easiest way to describe our home!

About the Area
We live on the south side of the city with great transit access! Busses come every 15 minutes to take you to the train station, if you drive there is a park'n ride 5 minutes away, with express busses leaving every 5 minutes to the train station. My boyfriend takes the transit to get to the University and it only takes 45min to get to the UofA, trains can continue on MacEwan or even Norquest!
Across our street we have a beautiful open field, with great paths for walking. Grocery and other stores just minutes away, and in walking distance! This is a brand new neighbor so it's beautiful and well taken care of.
If you are not into all the great outdoors that are here, we do have great living spaces in the house with 600kbs/s internet!

House Rules
No Smoking, keep communal areas clean, no drugs. Cleanliness is of the highest priority in the house. Boyfriend has minor OCD.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
