Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We have 2 fully furnished brand new bedrooms named ROYAL ORCHID & PRIMROSE . one is in the basement and the second one is on the main floor. Located in Brookswood - Langley.
Amenities are Radiant Heating, Heat regulating ventilation for fresh air, Free wifi, Free street parking, washer & dryer, etc.
Both Suites have Mini-Kitchen: Perfect for making snacks and light meals. It includes Refrigerator, Induction stove, Toaster, and coffee maker, ( No cooktop or oven). There is a Dining table and 4 chairs in Royal Orchid.( if you do not want to cook this time?- We got you. We have leads for food delivery, Take out restaurants, Uber Eats, etc)
Royal Orchid is a large bedroom with a STEAM BATH and private washroom ( Not shared with anyone) and has 1 Queen bed and a twin bed suitable for up to 3 guests
PRIMROSE has 1 queen bed and a private washroom ( Not shared with anyone) that is suitable for 1-2 guests.
Both rooms are equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire alarm, and carbon monoxide detector for your safety & security.
Well-maintained front and backyard with garden benches, small pond with waterfall, fountain, and gazebo to relax during your vacation!
There is a Treadmill and an elliptical machine set up on the premise to keep you fit during your stay!
Short drive to Langley shops, Museums & restaurants. 45 minutes to Vancouver airport, and 15 minutes to Whiterock beach, 10 minutes to the US border, Easy access to all major highways! This is a perfect place for your Vancouver vacation!

This house is located at Brookswood -Fernridge area of Langley. 5 minutes drive to Walmart, Home depot , Shopping centers etc. Bus stop in front of house to both directions Langley and whiterock.

House Rules
No smoking, No pets, No drugs environment.
Payments:- A deposit of 25% percent at the time of booking to secure the place. The remaining 75% should be paid 15 days before commencing the stay. To receive a refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
Monthly payments are acceptable for long-term stays.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
