Welcome to our charming three-story townhome nestled in the serene neighbourhood of Willoughby! Enjoy the luxury of your own private room and bathroom located on the first floor of our brand-new townhome. Everything within our space is freshly furnished, ensuring comfort and style during your stay.
About Us:
We're a professional couple dedicated to our careers—I work in post-secondary education, and my husband is a skilled plumber. We both work full-time, but we cherish our quiet evenings at home. Movie nights and sports are our go-to for relaxation, although we enjoy tranquil moments together.
The Space:
Your private room offers the tranquillity you seek, furnished with all-new amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The convenience of your private bathroom adds an extra touch of luxury and privacy. Our small and friendly dog also shares the space, adding to the warmth and homeliness of our abode.

Conveniently located just a 5-7 minute walk from Willoughby Town Centre, our home sits in a peaceful neighbourhood, perfect for a calm and relaxing stay. Whether you're interested in shopping, dining, or simply exploring the area, the town center is easily accessible.
House Rules:
To maintain a harmonious living space, we've established a few house rules. We prioritize a peaceful environment, which means no smoking, vaping, drugs, or loud parties. Additionally, as a consideration for all residents, only one person is allowed per room.

Cleanliness: Keep shared spaces tidy and clean up after yourself. Rotate or assign cleaning duties to ensure the space stays pleasant for everyone.
Quiet Hours: Establish specific times for quiet hours to ensure everyone has the opportunity for rest and relaxation. This could be especially important in the evenings or early mornings.
Smoking/Drug Policy: Clearly state whether smoking, vaping, or drug use is not allowed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
