I have a lovely open concept home with myself and 2 toy poodle dogs. They are 13 years old and very energetic. I work from home mostly, so we are around alot. I have one spare room for a quiet vegetarian female to stay in. Stoneycreek area, is a very safe neighborhood. Prefer someone who does not use strong synthetic scents.
I am not far from Fanshawe (11 mins drive or 5km) or Western (12 mins or 7km). Bus stop is in walking distance as well. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy and Tim Hortons nearby as well.
* Wifi is included and this is an English speaking home.
*There is no smoking, alcohol, parties, sleepovers or pets allowed.
*You can pay when you get here. I would like to be paid at time of arrival for first 2 mos, by etransfer into my bank account. Must give 30 days notice of Departure.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city a few km from downtown. Bus stops are within 2 min walk. The airport is 10 mins away and train station about 20 mins drive. There are couple walking paths and parks nearby as well. Fanshawe and Western are both 10-15 mins away from here, so very close.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Respect others in the home at all times. Quiet time after 11pm until 7am. Any damages incurred will need to be compensated for.
If you use dishes, keep them in the kitchen & clean up after your meals. Keep living areas tidy and your bathroom left clean.

**This is a toxic chemical free home, so there are no synthetic harmful scents. IE: colognes, AXE products or strong unnatural scents/soaps. I only use Pure Therapeutic Essential Oils scents in my home which are healthy for myself and my dogs as well as any guests. ***
No shoes worn inside the home. No smoking of any kind, parties, sleepovers, alcohol, marijuana, drugs, candles or other pets.

Wonderful 4 months of my life, being with Diane was like being at home. My second mother with the pleasant company of Angel and Princes. The best house in London.

Diane was warm-hearted and easy-going. She helped me a lot with adjusting to the new environment. Also, her house was clean and the community was safe and quiet. It's worthwhile to stay here.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
