Plenty of sunshine: 2nd floor, windows to the south and the windows don't have any block at all.

Working hours: I am a student before May, and working hours depend on my shift afterwards

- 5 minutes walk to the main bus station in Maple Ridge, where all the buses go anywhere;
- 6 minutes walk to the city library;
- 2 minutes walk to city shopping mall(Save On Food, London Drugs, BC liquor, shoe shops, electronics, even ICBC, etc. anything, you name it!)
- 1-minute walk to a restaurant and a local food store;
- 2 minutes walk to another shopping village;
- 7 minutes walk to City Hall;
- 0 minutes to dental clinic and GP (first floor in this building)
- …… I am not exaggerating, literally, everything is in 10 10-minute walk.

House Rules
1. try to be quiet: the wall is not soundproof, and we share a wall.
2. clean your messes: including doing your own laundry, washing the dishes you used, cleaning your own room, and cleaning the mess you made in the living room, bathroom, kitchen or any other common area at once.
3. no overnight guests (no guests stay over midnight): it is about our safety.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
