We offer an entire apartment for rent. This Family Friendly home is located at 15min drive from Downtown Montreal, Old Port and 20min away from the International Airport. It is situated in the south-west riverside suburb Lasalle in Montreal. It's a very convenient place, grocery stores and other amenities are just 5min drive from the house. Bus stops that lead to the subway station are just 2 min walking distance.
Our Guests and long-term tenants enjoy walking by the river in the large green parks in summer, biking through the longest bike paths in Montreal ( 21km ) that passes just a few steps away from the house. There are a lot of water attractions organised regularly nearby like Rafting, Jet boating, Canoeing etc. In advantage all of that you can find Near Downtown and city attractions. Relaxing, safe and quite environment suitable for families, couples groups of friends, or students.
Me and my husband receive guests regularly from any spot of the planet. This apartment is situated on the first floor of our 3 storey's house, there are three separated bedrooms available for guests. Please note, this is a fully furnished apartment, that accomodates up to 5 people, with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining area and a living room with an office space. We provide a safe home for tenants for their temporary stay in respect of their privacy. Wi Fi, Air conditioning and parking are available for free.
We like good wine and foods, nice music and lovely friends. Traveling and visit nice places is one of our favorites.
We speake French, English and Bulgarian, also Russian, Spanish and Italian.

The neighbourhood is very quite, safe, lovely and family friendly. We are situated just near the river and large Riverside parks and bike paths. Many tourist attractions are organized nearby like water activities in the summer, fishing, sightseeing. Grocery stores, Brasserie, Cafe, Restaurants, Cinema are just 5 min drive from the house. At 2 min walking distance, we find bus stops.

House Rules
We ask all of our Guests and Tenants to follow carefully and respect our House rules. It helps us to keep our property in a perfect condition and to be able to offer an excellent service to each of our visitors.
Communicating with the Guests in order to understand well their needs, is one of our Priorities. It helps us to make them feel comfortable and like at Home during their stay in the house.

This is a smoke free apartment. Smoking is forbidden inside of the facilities.
We keep always very clean and well maintained and we need our Guests respecting that.
A quite residential area, so we don't tolerate any noise after 10pm.
No parties allowed, we are sorry.
If our Guest invites friends to share the appartment with them, we ask them to let us know. Additional charges should be applied for any additional Guests.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
We provide a House book at check in and kindly ask the Guests to have a look at it in order to find some useful informations about House rules and the area around.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
