My home is in the heart of Montreal's downtown core and a mere two minute walk from the prestigious McGill University. I live on the 18th floor and it offers spectacular views of the surrounding city, as well as luxurious amenities and an unbeatable location. You can take a short walk down Rue University and do some shopping in the world's largest underground complex, or explore any of the endless dining options in the area. There is also a gym, an indoor pool and a rooftop in the building! I live with my lovely cat, Tinsel! She is extremely calm, beautiful and peaceful!

It is a one-bedroom apartment and I live by myself with my cat. If you want to stay, you will use the private room and I will be in the living room side.

House Rules
1. Me and my apartment is ideal specifically who are active, self-reliant, positive, kind, understanding, flexible travelers who are both social butterflies and capable of being quiet and calm when needed, as they tend to spend most of their time outside.
2. Please keep in mind that this is a one-bedroom apartment! Only your room is private and I sleep in the living room but the living room is a shared space, and you are welcome to use it with me. However, there may be occasions when I need to rest or sleep early, so I might kindly ask you to return to your room.
3. There is no table in the guest room for now but I will provide soon!
4. The kitchen is very small and is not designed for preparing large meals.
5. I do not cook after 9 pm due to the smell and smoke in the apartment.
6. Please, rinse your dishes well and place it to the dishwasher.
7. NO OUTSIDE SHOES! Please remove your shoes before entering the apartment.
8. I appreciate your love and care for my senior cat, but please do not pet Tinsel without washing your hands when you return home from outside.
9. Please be very quiet in the hallways and on the balcony. My neighbours work from home!
10. Smoking is not permitted in the indoor common areas of the apartment building.
11. You may wash your clothes (with your own detergent) using the laundry card downstairs, and you can reimburse me later. The washer costs $2.50, and the dryer costs $2.00.
12. If you break or damage any item, I kindly request that you either pay for it or replace it during your stay.
13. If you lose the key fob, you will be required to reimburse me $50.
14. Please refrain from placing your luggage on clean sheets and on my white blanket.
15. No unregistered guests.
16. Ladies, please do not remove your makeup with the white hand towels.

Asli is a great soul, kind and helpful. Very clean and organized . Her cat is also super nice. I had a very good experience living in her apartment and we became friends.

The accommodation with Asli was perfect! Beautiful apartment, clean, quiet, well prepared to make guests feel in a very cozy home. Asli is kind, talented, helpful and her apartment is beautiful, with a wonderful view in a prime location in Montreal. We love Tinsel the cat, who became our friend, as well as Asli, our kind hostess. We hope to return soon!

Asli is so sweet, and she cares me a lot. The house is really clean, great and comfort. It's same as photos. The downtown view is so gorgeous. Her cat, Tinsel is also quite and adorable. It's so close to downtown, metro, and bus stop. She's warm and funny. Very good place ;)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
