Hello:) We’re an international couple living in Montreal in this beautiful typical high ceiling Montreal 2 bed appartment. Located right in the heart of downtown Montreal, yet very calm, residential and family oriented.
You will enjoy your own spacious and modern bedroom for one third of the price of hotels nearby!
Well isolated from the rest of the apartment, you will feel comfortable and almost like you had your own place. With the benefit of having hosts nearby from whom you can ask tips or place to visit. We also send you a very extensive list of stuff to visit, so and restaurants to eat at once you confirm your booking!
The closest subway station is Lucien l’Allier at 2 min walking distance and there is an artisanal food store around their corner and a fancy Italian restaurant reputed in Montreal.
Finally, there are convenient stores and grocery shops at a 5-10min walking.
We love to welcome people in our home and make them feel at home during that little period in MTL.
We speak English, French, Arabic, German and a little Italian (it’s a work in progress).
We are experienced hosts, we know when you need your space or not and will always make sure that you will have the best experience ever!

We only ask guests to clean after themselves and to try not to make too much noise after 11pm;) You have your own mini fridge and Nespresso in the room (capsules are provided).
If you are a smoker you can smoke on the balcony. It’s large and protected in case of snow or rain.

My friend Grace and I had a lovely time in Montréal thanks to Jennifer and Hammadi. Their place was super cozy and relaxing. Jennifer greeted us at the door. The check-in was super simple. The bed was nice and comfortable. We absolutely loved the bed covers and the little touches throughout the room. We stayed there for a night to see THE Mariah Carey's Christmas concert that was held next door at the Bell Centre which is about 5-10 minutes walk away. We had so much fun! Their place is the perfect location for this and we most definitely would book again if there are other events in town or just to visit downtown Montréal.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Jennifer and Hammadi's home in Montreal. They were exceptionally kind and welcoming hosts. The location of their home is truly fantastic, offering superb convenience. It's just a short 15-minute walk from the VIA train station in downtown Montreal.
The room I stayed in was impressively clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the tidiness and attention to detail. The comfortable and soft bed ensured I had a restful night's sleep.
Overall, my stay at this home exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Montreal. Jennifer and Hammadi's hospitality, combined with the excellent location and cozy room, made for a memorable and enjoyable experience. I truly loved it!
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
