As a Chilean couple, we stayed at Gisele's apartment for almost three weeks, and the experience was truly wonderful. We couldn't have found a better place as our first residence in the country.
We fell in love with the location, as it is just one block away from a metro station and near every store and building you may need, from Dollarama to Canada Services. The building is old, but the kitchen and bathroom are renewed, very well equipped, and have everything you need on a daily basis.
Finally, we absolutely loved having Gisele as our tenant! She was an total sweetheart, always considerate, generous, thoughtful and making us feel very welcomed and supported. We hope to keep in contact with her.Thank you for everything, Gisele!! We have no words to express our appreciation!

Gisèle est trés accueillante, l'appartement est super bien situé avec tous les commerces et services aux pieds, la chambre vaste et confortable, la cuisine à disposition... quoi de mieux ?

Je ne peux rien dire car je n’ai jamais vue Gisèle et c’est bien dommage !!!!
Son logement mérite d’être entretenu car rien ne fonctionne. Ses chambres mériteraient d’être un peu entretenues, ce qui n’est pas le cas. Aucun ménage fait dans les sanitaires et la salle de bain ( commune pour trois chambres ). Aucune portes ne ferment. Ni la salle de bain, ni les chambres.
Les fenêtres extérieures ne fonctionnent pas. Ce qui est dommage et regrettable c’est qu’il n’y a aucun entretien des lieux. Gisèle est totalement absente et répondre aux mails ou sms ne suffit pas au respect des lieux et du confort de chacun. DommageHost reply

Tout d’abord, je suis vraiment désolée pour l’expérience que vous décrivez dans vos commentaires.
Lors de votre passage chez moi, la toute première nuit, vers 5:00 heure du matin, vous m’avez écrit pour signaler 2 choses:
1) le manque de lumière
2) la fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas et entraînait le froid.
J’ai répondu à votre message séance tenante.
Dès 9:00 j’étais sur place pour régler la situation qui en effet ne nécessitait qu’un mouvement mechanic ( tirer le bâtant)pour fermer la fenêtre et un autre mouvement mechanic( tourner le boulon) pour allumer.
Vous m’avez demandé de vous apporter une lampe de chevet: ce qui a été fait séance tenante,
Jamais vous n’avez mentionné un problème de propreté ni dans votre chambre ni dans la salle de bain.
Il me semble que j’ai été très attentive à vos besoins.
Dire que vous ne m’avez jamais vu n’est pas tout à fait vrai, vous même vous avez dit que nous portions tous les deux un “ chapeau”
Le ménage a été fait dans votre chambre et dans la salle de bain à votre arrivée.
Au final, je vous demanderait aussi de prendre en compte le rapport qualité prix.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
