Hi! Our room is available for short term stays for women - freshly arrived in Montreal or just traveling.
Our 2 bedroom apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with all stores and grocery nearby. The closest metro station is 15mn walk (St-Michel) but a lot of buses near the house can take you to other stations in 10mn.
The room includes a single bed, a desk and a closet to store all your stuff. You will also have access to all equipment and appliances in the house.
We are a couple in our 30s with a cute cat in the house. We give our guests the privacy they deserve while staying with us, but we always make ourselves available for questions and tips about the city.

Rosemont neighbourhood, lot of stores nearby for grocery shopping, pharmacies, etc.
Near Metro, Maxi, Jean coutu, Canadian Tire etc. Parc de Maisonneuve at 10mn walk
Near one of the best parcs in Montreal (De Maisonneuve).
Bus line by the house to get you to the metro, downtown at 20mn.

Building : No smoking. No frying in the kitchen. No guests. No pets.
Basic house rules as if you were living here : clean after yourself (dishes, bathroom, etc.), keep it quiet at night, provide your own stuff (food, shower gel, etc.).

Excellent accueil de Savannah et Omar du début à la fin, hyper disponibles et réactifs ! Le localisation de l'appartement par rapport aux transports en commun est pratique, l'appartement agréable et chaleureux, je recommande sans hésiter :)

I had a very comfortable stay with Savannah. She made me feel very welcomed upon arrival, and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. She was helpful with tips on how to get around, where to shop nearby, and open to any questions during my stay.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
