We are located in the vibrant neighborhood of Villeray, a sought-after area known for its diverse and lively atmosphere. Situated in the heart of Montreal, this address provides easy access to a wide range of amenities, including cafes, restaurants, shops, and parks. You are a 2-minute walk from Jean-Talon metro station and a 3-minute walk to Castelnau metro station. If you like nature you can walk to Jarry Park they have beautiful Tennis courts, a swimming pool, and lots of greeneries for calm walks. If you are a foodie, you'll be very happy with the Marché Jean-Talon and the Italian district that offers the best culinary spots in the city!

Clean After Kitchen Use: It's essential to maintain a clean and organized kitchen for the convenience and respect of all residents. After using the kitchen, please clean up any dishes, appliances, or surfaces you have used.
Respect for Others: Be mindful of your fellow residents. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late or early hours. Respect their privacy and need for quiet, especially during study times.
No Loud Music: Playing loud music or making excessive noise that may disturb others is not permitted, especially during quiet hours.
Respect for Common Areas: Maintain the cleanliness and order of common areas such as the living room, bathroom, and shared spaces.
Privacy and Security: Respect the privacy and personal space of fellow residents. Ensure that common areas remain secure by locking doors when leaving and entering the house.
Payment and Rent: Ensure that rent is paid promptly and according to the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Maintenance and Repairs: Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in a timely manner to the homeowner.
Personal Belongings: Keep your personal belongings in your private bedroom or designated areas. Do not use or take items that do not belong to you.
Adherence to Local Laws: Comply with all local and federal laws, including those regarding noise, property use, and safety.

5 HEARTS!! Highly recommend!! I booked this homestay with Genevieve on behalf of my daughter. Communication was great right from our initial contact & during her entire stay. Genevieve & her family were the perfect hosts!! They welcomed my daughter into their family & made her feel right at home. Their home is modern, beautiful, clean & very central!! We would definitely stay with them again!!!! A home away from home!!! THANK YOU
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
