We are in town close to everything, very nice and sought after area.
I put at your disposal an open-plan room with all the necessary comfort, large double bed, storage, television, kitchenette and private bathroom. It's super quiet, non-smoking, no pets.
Close to everything, universities, grocery stores, restaurants, libraries, parks for nature lovers.
Public transport, metro, bus, city bixi bikes everything is close.
For parking if you come by car, it's on the street or it's allowed, in our sector you will need to pay a daily vignette, otherwise it will be very difficult to find parking without this permit, you can buy in the terminals where you pay for regular parking, print it and put it on the windshield of your car always side street, it will cost $14 for 24 hours. The most convenient will be public transport.
I speak several languages, French, English, Portuguese, Spanish.

House Rules
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN ANYWHERE INSIDE AND ON THE BALCONY.
(If the person smokes they will have to go outside on the sidewalk)
Be respectful of others, pay attention to noise after 10 p.m.
No parties, remove shoes when entering, maintain your space, keep the premises clean.
Cleaning fees are requested, to be added to the price of the stay:
Reservations of one week and less than $60
Bookings of one week and over $100
Reservation payment for short stays of 3 to 7 days must be paid in full when the guest makes their reservation.
For reservations of more than 7 days, half of the payment must be paid on the reservation date, the remainder 14 days before arrival.
When the reservation is close to the arrival date, payment must be made in full immediately.
Payments must be made by PayPal if the person comes from outside, or if it is local by interac transfer.
When the reservation is made, I will contact you for the details of the payment to be made, and send you my contact details for this.

Love staying here, my place is private and quiet! The place is spacious and you get private washroom. I definitely recommended staying here!!

I met my host upon my arrival—she made a good impression. The condo itself was okay, however, it was noisy at all times so this should be kept in mind.

Your comment is without justification or validation for me, it is also totally disrespectful.
At the arrival of a guest, I always say to let me know if anything goes wrong during the stay. If there was noise that bothered you, why didn't you contact me to let me know when it happened so that I could intervene after checking if it was really justified?
Why wait until the end of your stay to post this comment?
Generally everything is quiet, I am very disappointed by your lack of communication during your stay.I wish you good luck, and above all in the future communicate with the people where you will stay, it is the least respect to have towards your host.

Very lovely apartment, it had everything I could need and the host was really warm and welcoming.
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
