if you choose AnnaMaria, you choose the best way ! She lives in a huge house, every rooms are good, Anna is a really nice and patient person who would like to tell you everything about Vancouver, the food is good, I enjoyed my stays in her home.
I would recommend it to everyone to book !!!October 2013
We came in the evening and got dinner immediately. But we had to eat alone no family at all. The host does not live in the house. But lots of other poeple do, there are at least 5 rooms. We got one in the cellar wich was not nice at all. And the kitchen and diningroom were very dirty so was the bathroom. Stuff was lying around everywere. This was not what we were looking for. This is not a homestay. If you don't mind having a family and a clean surrounding this is a cheap alternative for a hostel.
We did not stay 3 weeks as planned and left after 3 days.
Nevertheless Anna is a friendly person and the other residents were satisfied. Make up your mind by yourselves.
No recommendation from us, sorry.March 2013
