We have two bedrooms available for you:
1) A Nicely furnished Master Bedroom available for one or two people. The price is for $230.00 per week for one person or $350.00 for two people.
2) The Lilac Room: Nicely furnished bedroom for one person:. The price is $196 per week or $301.00 with three meals per day (Self-yourself Breakfast, Lunch and supper)
3) Meals may be arranged: Cost is $15.00 per day for three meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Supper).
We are located in Beacon Hill North Area, in the East End of Ottawa. The room is furnished with one queen size bed, two night tables, one highboy dresser. It is move in ready. The price is an all inclusive. Kitchen, living room, dining room and deck are to be shared among a total of 3 or 4 people only.
This townhouse is situated in a great neighbourhood with friendly neighbours.

Close to NRC, CHMC, Montfort Hospital and the Museum of Aviation. Easy access to Hwy (07 mins).
One bus to Blair Station to catch the LRT (Light Rail Train) to downtown and many other directions.

My recent stay in Ottawa was great. The accommodation offered total freedom, and its location was good. With a public transport stop right across the street, getting to the city center was a breeze - just a 30-40 minute bus ride away. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Ottawa, this place is a great choice!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
