My Husband and I would like to welcome a student to our home. My Husband , 2 year old boy and 3 month old and myself are opening our home for a student needing a place to stay. We will not be able to provide transportation as it is to difficult with our baby and work schedules . Dinner Can be provided on 4 nights a week and breakfast and lunch will be available in the house for self serve . We have a dog who is very friendly but will stay out of your living area. We are a very friendly younger couple. I am a recreation therapist who works out of BC Womens and Children's hospital. Corey is a refrigeration mechanic. We are a very active family who enjoy going for walks with our dog.It is a 4 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms. A student living with us will have their own bedrooom and bathroom down stairs. They can also make use of our rec room down stairs to have some of there own space

A cat lives in the tv room down stairs so you must be okay with both cats and dogs .

We have many wonderful trails by our house to go for walks
The buss station is about a 5 min walk from our home

Meals

House Rules
- Clean up after self
- respect our dog . You don't have to be friends with her but be nice
- you are welcome in the kitchen but must clean up
- I expect you to be quite , especially after 7:30 when our son goes to bed
- communicate with us regarding when your going to be home and if you will not be needing dinner
- clean your bathroom weekly
- If you are going to have friends over please ask before hand. You do have your own area to be social with your friends however we want to know about any strangers entering our home .
- please lock the doors when leaving

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
