Cozy and spacious bedroom with bathroom. My mother and I have decided to rent out a room in our home for some extra monthly income. If you're a cat lover, then you're in luck! You and our fur baby, Bounty, will be best friends in no time! Our apartment is just a 2-minute walk away from a bus stop, from there a 15-minute ride will get you to Richmond Brighouse Station. There are many different bus options and a Skytrain at this station, which will take you wherever you please to go. Hop on the Skytrain and downtown Vancouver is just a 25-minute ride.

About the Area
Our apartment is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 3 km from the city centre and only 15 minutes drive from the airport. Our home is located right across from a shopping centre, making getting groceries or picking up some fast food a breeze. The bus stop is only a 2 minute walk from our apartment which will take you directly to Richmond Brighouse station. From there lots of bus and skytrain options are available, taking you wherever you please to go.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

- Must pay in advance
--> 25% of the cost for a month's stay upon booking, then remaining amount
upon arrival.
--> Fee for one month, if stay exceeds one month, upon booking, then fee for
each month on the first of the month.
- Please give us at least 7 days' notice for cancellations (cancellations with less than 7 days notice will not be issued a refund)
Do's & Don'ts While Staying at Our Humble Abode
- Follow house rules
--> No smoking on property, no additional guests, please keep noise to a minimum
- Respect our home
--> Please treat our home as if it were your own home, this includes keeping it clean and tidy, not
causing damage, and using appliances and amenities responsibly
- Conserve our resources
--> Be mindful of energy and water usage, meaning, make sure to turn the lights off while not present
in your room and keep shower duration and laundry usage to a reasonable minimum
- Communicate with us
--> Keep us in the loop regarding any changes to your plans, how we can best accommodate you, and
any questions or concerns you may have
- Leave a review
--> We would greatly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the stay, including positive
and any negative experiences

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
