A beautiful, clean, spacious home. 3 friendly, hospitable adults. Close knit family, with family gatherings for birthdays, thanksgiving, Christmas and other holidays. Experience one of the best thanksgiving and Christmas feast in Canada in this home!
We live in a very safe, family neighbourhood. Until 2014, our home hosted visitors for many years, from S. Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China & England. 2 of the 3 family members in the home have lived abroad in S. Korea, Japan, and Spain. We are very easy to communicate with and very considerate and respectful. For over 10 years I tutored elementary to university aged students and adults as well. For a couple years I taught English at an elementary academy. Currently, I work at a family owned web design business. We have 2 large bedrooms available, with double beds, closets, desk, sofa, lamp, high speed internet… 3 meals a day plan available and other customizable options also available. BONUS: Depending on your morning schedule, I can arrange to drive you. (New Westminster|Burnaby|Vancouver & other neighbouring cities).

About the Area
We live in a very safe, family neighbourhood. Many young families and children. Close to bus stops and a close drive to the skytrain and Vancouver’s’ second largest mall, Guildford Town Centre. Metrotown, the largest mall, is a 23 min skytrain ride. Plenty nearby parks, walking trails, and 2 golf courses (both walking distance and 1 basically behind the house). Countless nearby restaurants, convenient and major grocery stores, including international food shops. Hospital and many clinics nearby. Close to several theatres, libraries, recreation centres for swimming, ice skating, community activities, gyms… A bus ride to Kwantlen University, community colleges, and a skytrain ride to SFU, BCIT, Douglas & UBC. Look forward to getting the most out of beautiful BC! Surrey is the second largest city, nestled near beaches and rivers & many hidden treasures. Imagine, 25 mins to sandy beaches. Paddle surfing while surrounded by magnificent mountains and fresh air. Not much further out, mountains and lakes or enjoy the downtown scene. Vancouver and other beautiful cities are easy to explore from Surrey. On a regular basis we commute in and around the Langley, White Rock, Tsawwassen, Delta, New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Vancouver. Catch a ride with us!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
