You're home base will be a townhome in a boutique development with beautiful landscaping in a safe and upscale neighbourhood of South Surrey. There are two nicely furnished bedrooms which share a full bath. You are welcome to share the indoor living space and wrap around veranda on the main floor, but if you want privacy there is a rec room with a 48" TV, desk, seating, etc and a back patio. Internet, cable, printer and phone are available.
You'll be close to transit, pubs, beaches, shopping, restaurants, local tourist sites as well as local festivals and events, hiking, cycling,walking, dining, wine tours, wind surfing and night life. You'll also be a 50 minute bus ride from the city of Vancouver and and all the numerous sights, beaches, night life (which rocks), Grouse Mountain, Science World, Granville Island, China Town, and many other fun things to do. Whistler and Harrison Hot Springs are a 2 hour drive. Seattle is a 3 hour drive. Vancouver Island is a 1 1/2 ferry ride and 30 minutes on either side of the water, but so worth it.
If guests want help planning their time while here, need drop off or pick up at venues, or someone to come along if they are travelling on their own - we're here to accommodate you and make your experience the best one ever:)

About the Area
We live in an upscale, friendly, and safe neighbourhood that's close to many restaurants that serve a variety of delicious foods, fun bars, dancing, nature areas for walking, photography, cycling and sights such as the famous White Rock beach and Crescent Beach (both 8 minutes away) and many child oriented activities. Close by or a short drive away there is biking, ATV, hiking, picnicking, swimming, fishing and tubing and other fun things to do. Harrison Hot Springs Hotel which is 5 star resort is an hour and a half away. There are less expensive accommodations, but they offer an equally wonderful experience. We're also an hour by transit to Vancouver and all that it offers: awesome nightlife, great pubs, amazing things to see, great food and lots of family activities too.
Squamish, Whistler, Harrison, Seattle and Vancouver Island are all an hour and half away. There is transit a block away from our place.
Come and play in our backyard. We'll cook you breakfast and pack a lunch if you want and we are willing to share dinner - but you'll probably be out enjoying all the amazing restaurants:)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
