About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city, a very safe place to stay in. We are 30 minutes away from the airport. The bus stop is a step away from the house and close to all amenities.

Lorna was a fantastic host! She provided me a few essentials I'd forgotten to pack (towel and blanket), made sure I knew where the coffee was, and had a breakfast set aside for me everyday. Will definitely be back!

Overall different that those I am used to. The process that HomeStay uses is not very useful to my needs as it does not create a proper receipt for my business needs.
As for the site, the room was a great size but needs to be properly cleaned and sanitised. It had a little bit of a used odour to it and there was a little dark area in a corner that needs attention. Otherwise, the owners were great. They also rent to students during the school year. The "Ensuite bathroom? was not really Ensuite, it should have been called semi-ensuite to begin with but then they blocked off the door with a chest of drawers because the students on the same floor all use the same bathroom so it is not private or Ensuite. The listing should be updated to suit. Everything else was great.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
