We are a family of five that live a few houses down from my parents who live in this house. I Tanya do the cooking and provide lunches...my parents have dinner with you or sometimes you will come to our house. There is professional cleaning and laundry done for you once a week. Breakfast daily... And every so often I make fresh pancakes or omlet or waffles...etc. we love the company so if you are interested in talking we are the family for you!!! 1500$ with breakfast & dinner for
and option for packed lunch.. free high speed wifi...fresh linens every 10 days... Garbage is removed regularly... Washrooms are kept clean. There is air conditioning... And hardwood flooring throughout house. 3 washrooms at your disposal. Meals are supplied 6 days a week. 1300$ is for no food.Also choose to pay per meal.

Our home is located in a quiet pocket... Doesn't even feel like a big city...but you only need to walk a minute to the nearest bus stop and then it's only 3 minute bus ride to the convenient Lawrence west subway station. 20min to downtown. Very close to Yorkdale mall... Lawrence square and many shops on orfus road.

House Rules
One quick shower a day... No smoking inside home... There is a beautiful park 1 minute away... And another 3 minutes away with an outdoor public pool... Our neighbourhood is super safe and beautiful to walk through...you will love staying with us! You are near many stores and shopping malls including one of the best in the city. NO visitors are allowed unless agreed with me beforehand. We are NOT responsible for any lost goods. You have a lock on your door please use it. Time of departure is 11 am unless I can accomodate another time. You may use our private heated pool as long as we are home and the pool is open. No alcohol in the home. Come and ENJOY your time away from home in our home!!! See you soon!!! You may choose some rooms at 1000$ which won't include any service or food whatsoever.

Hi, I booked this place for my younger brother for summer holidays before he starts university. in fact, this house is managed by Ms Tanya, she is so kind, caring and helpful and there my brother made good friends because also there were other students at his age, so it was nice and unforgettable experience for Aryan, thanks a lot to Ms Tanya for everything, I highly recommend it

Best home stay ever!!
They are always taking care of us and did their best all the time so we are able to stay comfortably. Every one was smiling and enjoying the moment with tasty foods at dinner. That’s great experience for me. And also the neighborhood is pretty peaceful, quiet and nice atmosphere. I definitely would like to recommend my family or friends to stay if they want to come to Canada.

Everything was perfect. The house is large and well located in a calm and safe neighborhood, 30 minutes from the center and with a good variety of commercial establishments nearby. The food was excellent, with a varied menu. The house was always very clean and organized. The family was very receptive and were always willing to help with information or advice. Clothes were washed weekly, and rooms cleaned weekly, so I didn't have to worry about anything. It was incredible to share conversations and laughs with students of different nationalities. I will cherish the 30 days I spent at Tanya's house, without a doubt this was the best homestay choice I've ever made.

I spent great time with Tanya’s family and also lots of students from all over the world.
Tanya served us great dinner, did our laundries, and helped us keeping the room clean.
You don’t need to worry about every dinner and other chores, instead, you can spend time talking with other countries people!

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
