A very large, dry, basement room. With available parking, Streaming TV (in your room), and unlimited internet. Furnished. Private 3-piece washroom.
Friendly, quiet neighborhood close to Waterfront trail and all amenities.
Common main floor area with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry (only after 7 pm please) on-premises (downstairs in your area), and central A/C. Beautiful large backyard and an outdoor seating area, firepit & BBQ – a summer/fall oasis in the city.
Close to Humber College Lakeshore Campus.
Hypoallergenic Schnauzer/Poodle mix (Schnoodle)(14 lbs) lives here too. She’s a sweet little thing. Loving and full of energy. Annoyingly cute. Puppy 14 months old. She does not have access to your area. you have a door that locks from the inside as well as the outside for your own security
I am single, Handicapped (Stroke Survivor), and enjoy my quiet time. I work from home (home office on the top floor).
Bike rental is a 5 min walk away.
Light Breakfast: yogurt, cereal, etc. (let's discuss what you'd like. You'll help yourself.

My house is located in the West End of the city.
Friendly, quiet neighborhood close to Waterfront trail and all amenities, with 24/7 TTC (20 min to downtown by car), Mimico GO station a 15 min walk, LCBO, McD’s on the corner, and lots more.
Close to Humber College Lakeshore Campus.

House Rules
• Please keep my home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
• Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
• Please do not bring strangers into my home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
• Please respect my home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
• Please keep quiet after 10 pm.
• Side door entry.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
