Enjoy Ossington Avenue food scene, Queen West shopping and Trinity Bellwoods Park which are all a short walk away. The YMCA gym and pool, and several activity sports centers are around the corner. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a private entrance, a separate laundry with a washer and dryer and a workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking range, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. Our basement apartment is ideally located in Queen West x Dovercourt (1 min away from the 501 Streetcar and 301 bus stop, 1 min away from Bike share, and 5 min away from the 505 Streetcar stop). Our well-travelled family speaks French, English, Japanese and Spanish and we love the Toronto downtown life if you need any tips! Luminous and quiet, this freshly renovated apartment has all the amenities we would expect when we travel.

Clementine's apartment is lovely, really spacious and has every thing I needed for my first week in Canada. It is a basement apartment so you can hear footsteps above (but only ever during the daytime so did not disturb me at all). Thanks for the local pastry and pizza recommendations!

Amazing home stay! Private basement suite. Immaculately clean! Cute minimalist style. Everything you need: nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, etc. Great water pressure. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Groceries nearby.
The neighbourhood is packed with restaurants, pubs and art galleries. The hosts are friendly and have great local recommendations. Super close to bike rentals and public transit.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
