* Great price, great neighborhood, close to Subway/Downtown/Everything! *
Hey there, the apartment is on a quiet residential street in the great neighborhood of Davisville, just off the Yonge line subway, with free street parking but also paid parking very close ($12/day). There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and bars within walking distance. It’s an 10-minute subway ride to the heart of Toronto and most attractions.
You will be staying in a private bedroom, which has a very comfortable Queen size bed perfect for 2 people. We provide towels and toiletries if you forgot yours.
The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with us or another guest.
Our home is really is a great place when visiting Toronto, considering the awesome neighbourhood and proximity to the subway and more.
You will also have access to the indoor swimming pool and sauna. There is a card laundry room available 24 hours in the building.
Check-in time is after 6 PM and check-out time is at 12 noon.
Since you will stay in our house, there are few rules that you need to follow:
***Please remove your shoes at the door.
***No guests allowed at anytime (including overnight)
***No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.
***We are flexible with the time when you can come in and out as long as you don't disturb us or the neighbors.
***Feel free to have food in the kitchen and cook. Just make sure you keep it clean and take away your garbage. (there is a garbage chute on our floor)
***If you turn on the stove or anything else, just make sure to turn them off when you are done using them.

About the Area
If you need internet before meeting us, there is a Tim Hortons and also a Second Cup coffee shop with free wifi.
If you are arriving by car from downtown, go North on Yonge Street until you get to Davisville Avenue.
If you are coming by subway, you have to take Northbound towards Finch. Get off at Davisville subway station. Here is the subway map: https://toronto-info.com/subway-map/
From the airport, the cheapest way to come is by bus and subway. You can take the bus 192 to Kipling subway station. Then take the subway to Bloor-Yonge station. Change the line and go North towards Finch line. Our station is Davisville. It should take you about 45 min to 1 hour.
It sounds complicated, but it's not. :)

It was amazing time. I really enjoyed stay and neighborhood. The house is cozy and comfortable. Also, You can go to subway station by walk in 3 mins, and there are a lot of restaurants and stores near the house. I recommend this place.

Willy and Madalina are awesome hosts! They are really nice and always make sure I have everything I need. The place is very comfortable and I loved my room, especially the view of city from the window is beautiful. I highly recommend it
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
