Nestled just outside of the downtown core, on the outskirts of the infamous Shaughnessy neighbourhood of Vancouver. Easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and all the transit necessities. Walk to Granville Island or take a bike ride along the sea wall to the beaches, all of which are located within 15 minutes of the apartment.
Enjoy your quiet, queen sized private bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and coffee station, or snuggle into the cozy living room with views of the North Shore mountains. Are you travelling for work or study? There’s a great workspace with a view as well!
As for sharing the space, it’s just me here and I work off-site during the week, so my presence is quite scarce if you like a quieter, more private environment for your stay.
Note, there is a 25% key deposit attached to this rental upon check-in.

About the Area
Located just south of Granville Island in the shopping district of South Granville. Bustling during the day, but quiet for when you’re ready for sleep, it’s an incredibly safe neighbourhood nestled in the core of anything you could possibly want access to in Vancouver.
Express bus routes to train lines and other systems are within 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. Access to bike rentals and False Creek Ferries is also quite simple. Downtown is 5-10 minutes and UBC is about 15 minutes to drive. A great selection of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and shopping are all walkable from the apartment as well.

Meals

Quiet hours are from midnight-7am.
There is no dishwasher, so just ask that you wash the dishes you do use.
This is my full-time home, so I ask that you respect the space and the noise levels.

We stayed at Kailey's place for one night, and she was nice and friendly. The beddings, towels, and bathroom were all neat, making us feel right at home using the facilities. The place itself was cozy and quiet, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night's rest. Its convenient location, within walking distance to downtown and facilities, made it a great choice, especially considering the challenge of finding parking spots in Vancouver. I would gladly stay there again on future trips to Vancouver.

Kailey's home was in the best location. Close proximity to bars, shops, restaurants, cafes and any other local amenities! She was a superb host and made sure my stay was safe and comfortable. Communication was clear throughout the whole process and I would stay with her again the next time I'm in Vancouver.

Our stay at Kailey's place was lovely and perfect for what we needed! She added lots of little touches to make us feel at home - coffee, snacks, milk, toiletries and it is also in a great location! I would recommend her place to anyone, and we will be mentioning to all our friends and family who visit Vancouver too.

Kailey´s apartment is a hidden pearl in the south Granville. It was like my second home. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed was very comfortable. I had a lot of space for myself. Kailey has for her hosts welcome surprise in the form of small chocolates and popcorn too :) She was very helpfull and caring too even though she was very bussy herself. She let me stayed at her apartment one more night. I highly recommend Kailey´s apartment. If I had a chance I would definitelly book Kailey´s apartment again :)

Outstanding. Kailey was so nice and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Her place is extremely cute and in an ideal location for exploring Vancouver. I can’t recommend staying with her more - truly phenomenal to stay with.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
