We are a lovely family of six including 4 children. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, a 4-minute walk to Central Park, less than half an hour from downtown and Metrotown Shopping Center, and close to the library and community center. The rooms have good lighting, suitable for students, business travelers and traveling couples. My children are very polite and know not to disturb others, so they are not noisy. In order to provide our friends with a clean, tidy and comfortable sleeping environment, we have prepared double beds and queen beds, but no single beds. We would love to host friends from all over the world.

House Rules
No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no illegal activities. Not allowed unknown people overnight at my home.
Once a week use laundry room.Please keep quiet after 10:00 pm.
Bedding and bath towel are provided, but no face towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and body soap.
Kitchen and guest utensils are availabe, but need to clean them yourself.
There is half month rental as security deposit after you complete booking. Then first payment on your arriving day in cash.
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 2 weeks’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
Smoking Rules

La chambre est agréable et très lumineuse. Les hôtes sont très gentils, à noter cependant qu'ils ont 4 enfant en bas âge, ce qui est à prendre en compte si vous voulez un logement calme.

Thank you for your review and reminder. Our four children go to school during the day and take interest classes on the weekends, which can get a bit noisy around dinner. They go to bed around 9 o'clock.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
