Bedroom + Bathroom For Rent in a Townhouse. Also, a shared access to the kitchen. Also comes with a home office in the second bedroom.
-Mainly seeking students to live on a longer term rental basis! Vaughan Metropolitan Centre is one short bus ride away, which gives you subway access to York University, Ryerson, University of Toronto, and other Colleges/Universities in Toronto.
-3 bedroom townhouse is in suburb - close access to transportation and the subway.
-Only 1 person lives in the house currently
-2 bedrooms are available to the guest, and 1 bathroom is available
-Love coffee? There's an Espresso machine where you can make your own Espresso or Coffee
-There's a balcony available to access
Please note: Most people only offer 1 bedroom and a shared bathroom. Under this house, you get your own bedroom, your own bathroom, your own home office, and a shared kitchen. Due to these extra accommodations, I ask for $1,500 per month in rent.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
- Please no smoking inside - cigarettes or weed under any circumstances
- Please be clean
- Please keep noise to a minimum from 10pm-6am
- Please do not enter master bedroom or ensuite (the homeowner's room) without explicit consent
- When using the shared kitchen, please clean dishes after using. Do not leave anything in kitchen sink.
- Please only run water through the drain - not food, oil, or grease (the cost of the paper towel to remove food/oil is much less expensive than a sewage clog)
- Nothing foreign gets flushed down the toilet (please do not flush condoms, blunts)
-When the homeowner brings a guest into the home, please stay inside your room with the door closed (unless you must use the washroom of course)
-Please no hosting "parties" of any kind
-Please no outside guests unless given explicit consent from the homeowner

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
