We're offering a cozy bedroom with a private bathroom in a charming three-bedroom townhouse located in a peaceful suburb, just a short bus ride from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. From here, you’ll have easy access to the subway, connecting you to York University, Ryerson, University of Toronto, and other top institutions in Toronto.

-3 bedroom townhouse is in suburb of Toronto - close access to transportation and the subway.

House Rules
1. Fresh Air, Please: We maintain a smoke-free environment inside the house, including cigarettes and marijuana. This helps keep the air clean and healthy for everyone.
2. Tidiness is Appreciated: We all appreciate a clean living space. Your help in maintaining cleanliness throughout the house is greatly appreciated.
3. Quiet Hours for Restful Nights: To ensure everyone gets a good night's sleep, we observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. During this time, we ask that you kindly keep noise levels to a minimum.
4. Kitchen Courtesy: We share the kitchen, and it's a joy to use when it's clean. After using the kitchen, please wash your dishes and utensils and ensure the sink is clear.
5. Drain Care: To prevent plumbing issues, please avoid putting food scraps, oil, or grease down the kitchen drain. Wiping these items with a paper towel before washing dishes helps keep our pipes clear.
6. Respecting Privacy: The master bedroom and its ensuite bathroom are the homeowner's private space. Please refrain from entering these areas without prior permission.
7. Guest Visits: We understand you may have occasional guests. Please check in with the homeowner before inviting someone over so we can ensure everyone is comfortable.
8. Social Gatherings: While we want you to enjoy your time here, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings at the house.
9. Homeowner Guest Visits: From time to time, the homeowner may have guests. During these visits, we kindly ask that you remain in your room with the door closed to maintain everyone's privacy. Of course, feel free to use the washroom as needed.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
