About the Area
There are lots of the best middle and high schools in Victoria within 10 minutes on foot, and Victoria University is also located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bicycle, so if you are a student, my house would be a good choice for you
The house is spacious, clean, and your private life will be protected and Your room will have a private bathroom, which will make you much more comfortable in my house.

Miss. Lee is the most wonderful host I could've had. I arrived on January 2, 2024 and stayed for 3 months. She helped me ajust, made me feel at home, helped me move to the new house, let me use her bike to go to work, became my friend. Her kids are amazing, easygoing, and very kind. There are not enough words to describe how embracing she was. I am very happy for my time staying with them and I wish their next guest enjoy the staying as much as I did.

Lovely , friendly, warmhearted host who accommodated my requests immediately. Flexible check in for my late arrival. Comfortable bed in a spacious room with a big closet and basic set up. I had access to cook in kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood. I will be back again. Thank you.

I had a great stay in Victoria at Ms. Lee's place! She is welcoming and kind. The home was quiet and the bed was comfortable at night. The area was also convenient to some nice walking trails, a beach, and Mt. Doug.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
