My Homestay is perfect for students going to Camosun or UVIC.
Camosun College is a10 minute walk, and University of Victoria- 10 min bus ride,
For relaxation and fun Willows beach is a 15 minute walk.
The house is on a beautiful street with easy access to bus stops, shops ( corner store with food) Pizza place, & coffee shop. 3 blocks down is a grocery store, & more coffee shops and banks.
The neighbourhood is cute, with little free book libraries hidden throughout the streets, a church, and several playgrounds.
The house has a private back Garden with space to relax.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen and dining area. Laundry room & workout space with an elliptical.
we have 1-2 rooms available.
( Room 1 Double room, Room 2 Single Room)
Each room has a bed, Chair & Desk with Lamp, & Closet. Both have a window ( with a view of trees).
Bedsheets, pillows and blankets provided.

House Rules
This is a Family home, with children.
NO smoking- absolutely none.
No drinking or partying.
Friends and guests are allowed to visit between 10am-5pm.
Very Quiet times are respected from 8pm-7am.
In our home we are respectful to each other of noise from 5 pm onwards to 8 am, using headphones to listen to music or watch shows on your laptop or phone. We try to be quiet, however sometimes my children wake up early or stay up late and can be herd laughing at the TV. We are usually up at 7 and try to keep relatively quiet till 8am.
Keep shared spaces clean:
You're welcome to cook, and use the space like your own home, but please clean up after your self, wipe counters, and stove tops after use, put your dishes in the dishwasher, don't leave your laundry in the machines.
Please keep your room clean, don't leave food and dishes in your room.
* If you think you might have trouble with keeping your space and the home clean, please let me know and housekeeping service can be organized ( at a cost) before the situation becomes awkward!

Chelsea and her family is gorgeous and amazing. I felt I was at home surrounded by lovely kids.

Chelsea and her two kids are great! I had a really good time staying with them. Will be coming back for a few more days soon :-) Everything is very uncomplicated and we had great talks. Also very much enjoyed my room: cosy bed, all clean and great working space. Very much recommend her place.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
