This location has a fantastic walk score situated across the street from a bus route to downtown and UVIC, Red Barn Market grocery, rec center with a pool and gym, and a 10-minute walk to the ocean front.
The Room
I take the art of bedscaping seriously, because who doesn’t love coming home to a insta-worthy cozy nest to cap a day of exploration! There is a double bed with a thick memory foam topper and luxurious linens to slip into. All linens you may need and more are provided.
The Space
The condo is decorated in a traditional European look with an emphasis on plants and greenery. Stocked in the kitchen is everything you need including a Nespresso coffee machine, cream and non-dairy options in the fridge, various tea flavors, salt, sugar, spices, olive oil, vinegar, etc. Ideal for those who enjoy cooking or would prefer to save some money on a couple of meals.
Guest Access
You will have access to your private room, the kitchen, living room, dining room, shared bathroom, and laundry upon request. You will also be able to enjoy the two balconies located on either side of the condo.

About the Area
The Neighborhood
This location has a fantastic walk score situated across the street from a bus route to downtown and the University of Victoria. Two grocery stores are blocks away including the Red Barn Market and Country Grocer. There is a rec center with a pool and gym that includes fitness, art, and culture programs. A 10-minute walk takes you right to the ocean front with a park and trails.
We are lucky to have several great restaurants in the area including Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Ethiopian, Vegan specialty, Japanese and pizza options.

Lynette is a great host!!
All the rooms are nice, tidy and very clean.
She respects your time.
And she supported me with things I wasn't used to in Canada.Thank you for the wonderful time, I'm glad I met you! (I used a translator, so there may be some weird parts)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
