Quiet residential area. You will see many people walking their dogs with their children. No apartment buildings close by at all. Close by to two universities plus Conestoga College. It is close by to a small plaza which has all the amenities.

House Rules
To be kind, respectful and be considerate of others in the home. Don’t be afraid to ask questions of anything you are not sure of. No overnight guests, no alcohol allowed on premises. You may have tea/coffee, pop, light meal with no extra charge. Rides are optional to and from depending on the location a small nominal fee may be charged.

It was a pleasure to have Genesius stay with me and my family. I picked him up as he was having a difficult time finding my place. He asked me about the house rules I told him not many to follow as we are adults here and we all need to be respectful. I also mentioned that I do have an international student staying with me from India and he did not have a problem with that. He was very quiet and I did not see him that much as I was on a busy work schedule. I enjoyed having Genesius stay with me and my family as I did feel bad that I did not say good bye to him the day he was leaving as I was very tired working the night before.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
