A detached house facing the river view, the Detroit River is outside the door, and the United States is on the other side. It is close to the train station, bus terminal, casino and city center, and there is a bus stop at the door. There are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms in total, which can be rented separately (you can also consult the whole lease), two have their own bathrooms, and the other two share a large bathroom (on the same floor). This property does not allow parties at any time and does not allow music to be played. And after 11 o'clock in the evening, all must leave the main floor and go upstairs to the bedroom for rest or activities. The main floor has a kitchen and kitchenware, a living area and a dining room~the common area is not on the same floor as the bedroom. It is especially suitable for renting for one week, half a month or 1 to 3 months. The homeowner lives in a separate unit at the back of the main level with its own entrance and exit gate. The owner washes and dries clothes and towels for each guest for free once every five days. Free coffee and tea, as well as a small amount of printing and copying services. We have two rooms that can accommodate up to three people (including children), when you have three people the rental price may go up slightly from what is listed.

About the Area
This is a riverside house with great river views. It is only about one kilometer away from the city center and the Grand Casino, and the bus station is right at the door. It is also only about one kilometer away from the tunnel entrance to the United States, the railway station and the bus terminal, and across the river from Detroit, the United States. There are direct buses to the airport, the city center and the University of Windsor, and Riverside Park is across the road.

House Rules
After 11pm, activities in areas other than bedrooms (and shared toilets) must be stopped.
Also no parties and no music playing.
You need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total room rate at the time of booking in order for us to hold the reservation for you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
