We live in a wooden house by the sea, of one floor, with big and several windows to appreciate the view of the sea. We can see the whole bay & the island, and even the little boats of the fishermen doing their job, and you can see the industries ships cross the entire sea.

We are 10 minutes from the city (downtown), by bus.
(In downtown you can find hairdressers, shops,an old icecream shop with a secret recipe that has been kept in their family for generations, churches, etc.)
You can also take a taxi, either private or public(with more people in) and you will have a cosy travel, of some 7 minutes.
We also have a big (quite new) car, and we can pick you up if you need to, or take you wherever you want.

For going to shopping malls you can take some 45mins bus.

Our house has two different gardens that surround the entire house. They have different trees and plants and plenty of grass.
In winter it rains a lot, and we use logs for the fire in our stove.
We also have gas stoves but we certainly prefer the stove with fire.

Our house has 3 toilets, 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 dinning rooms, kitchen (+a mini living room inside), a room for computer and books, a laundry room, a big garage that can keep 2 cars inside (it also has a cellar). We also have a balcony (at floor level) where we can make barbacues in summer or during holidays by the sea, enjoying the sighting. We also have wooden outdoors chairs and plenty of extra chairs in case of meetings, or small celebrations.

Our family is a little family. Here I live with two friendly and happy dogs, Amir & Inti. The sweetest of our family is a little rabbit named Atle.

About the Area

Our house is located by the sea, in a quiet, green, peaceful, safe, and cossy area.

As frozen in time, we find ourselves in a declared National-Heritage area, the sector of Maule, located in the city of Coronel.
Coronel was the first mining town as such, which emerged beyond "the frontier" in unknown places. There, back in time, lived a small population, formed mostly by Mapuches (indigenous peoples of Chile).
("The frontier" is a term that goes back in time, when there was a frontier of the Kingdom of Chile (a part of the Spanish Empire and later the Republic of Chile) with La Araucanía, and the lands of the Mapuche nation following their great revolt in 1598).
Its birth was the result of the exploitation of large coal deposits, located in the area of Puchoco, and the subsequent settlement of nearby places to mine sites.

Maule is a residential neighborhood built in the late nineteenth century by the coal company, intended to house engineers and senior operators of the mine. There, it can be seen beautiful English-style buildings that reflect the splendor of what life was like in this area when mining was at its peak . This place represents one of the most important economic areas in the history of coal in Chile. The house offered to be shared, either rooms, or full rent is a low wooden house surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view to the Bay of Maule and the Gulf of Arauco ; it has 5 double rooms with shared toilet , wi - fi , cable tv . Nearby you'll discover all the rich history of the city and all the architectural and cultural legacy of the exploitation of coal . The zone of Maule is known for its beautiful beaches of gray sand , but the beach is not suitable for swimming due to the danger of the waves. But it's visited throughout the year for their outstanding conditions for the practice of surf , and is also considered by experts as one of the best intercommune places for shore fishing and recreational fishing. The place is preferred by visitors for its unique tranquility, because of the delight of its landscapes or for sunbathing.
