'm Guisela and I offer accommodation for your stay in La Serena. I have 2 single rooms available in January and February and the rest of the year. Have wardrobe, desk, TV, mirror and lamp. My house is cozy and is located approximately 10 minutes from the center of La Serena, in collective taxi (most used means of transport) and 20 from the beach, to where you can also walk from the city center. Around La Serena there are many beautiful places to visit, besides the port of Coquimbo, about 20 minutes by bus. I am 59 years old. I speak English and Spanish and some of my interests are movies, music, painting, reading, writing and socializing.
Additional Info
There is no better way to learn a foreign language to practice it in everyday situations. I offer guidance and assistance in language and culture. Also, if you need Spanish classes, I have several colleagues who do. The price of the room includes: weekly room cleaning, use of washing machine, internet access, use of kitchen.

About the Area
My house is easy to find in Villa La Florida. Do not worry when you complete the booking and pay the deposit now receive an email with our full address. I can help you with directions as soon as you let us know when you arrive.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Please keep the safety of the house, locking the front door and back when you enter and leave. You can cook whatever you want, maintaining order and cleanliness of the kitchen. You can invite friends (telling me before), but not unknown. You can smoke on the patio or in a very comfortable place in the garden.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
