We are three members of our family. Marriage with a daughter who is a nurse by profession. We live in an apartment with 3 bedrooms, living room, living room, kitchen and loggia, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. Within our family we have 2 poddle toys dogs that are very spoiled. Since I am the mother, I like to cook and give gifts to my family. We have an older son who no longer lives with us. By profession I am a kindergarten educator.
The building is very comfortable, we have laundry, swimming pool, garden and gym. It is very close, 3 blocks from the Ñuñoa metro station and 1 block from Avenida Pedro de Valdivia and Avenida Antonio Varas, through which a lot of transportation passes. We also have supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shopping centers very close to the home.
We are a very united, responsible and respectful family.

About the Area
Our apartment is located in the municipality of ñuñoa. To the north Sucre Avenue, to the South Simon Bolivar, to the east Pedro de Valdivia and to the west Antonio Varas Avenue. Very close to shopping center, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies.

House Rules
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the areas used. Guests can receive visits in common areas and at scheduled times by the home owners, it is not allowed to receive visits to accommodate. Take care of annoying noises If you occupy the kitchen you should leave everything clean, and kept. The guest is responsible for washing their clothes. Be polite and respectful to all members of the family.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
