House Rules
The room is only for the guest, third parties are not allowed to stay at home. Parties, drugs and illicit substance are not welcome at home. The terrace area, kitchen, living room are shared by the family as well. If you smoke only in the patio in the room it is not allowed.
Method of Payment: At the time of confirming the reservation you must pay 30% of the total through Paypal and the remaining balance must be paid the day of arrival home.
In case of canceling your reservation, you must be notified 7 days before the arrival date for a 30% refund.

My stay was spectacular, the family gave me a beautiful warm welcome in to their home it was amazing just like being in your own home it was nice to meet beautiful family for life! They will always be in my heart forever as such!

Karinna was a really great host- always ready with recommendations and support. The house itself is lovely, with a really nice garden area that provides a quiet escape from the busy city. I would fully recommend this as a place to stay when coming to Santiago- for me it ticked all the boxes and there is nothing I can think of that would have improved my experience :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
