Beautiful quiet apartment at the foothills of the Andes. Three Bedroom apartment. Bedroom for one person (with additional bed, under bed pull out) or a bedroom for one/two people (bed format as required, 1 single, 2 singles, double or bunk bed. Sheets, pillows and duvets supplied. Each bedroom with exclusive use of WC plus a shared shower (between maximum two bedrooms). The large bedroom has a terrace and both bedrooms have a spectacular view. This two-floored fully-equipped apartment has its own private garden and BBQ area. Kitchen with ice making refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electronic washing machine and a dryer. Lounge area has 50 " TV with surround sound system and full music decks. Twice weekly house cleaning service included. The building has a free sauna and a basic gym. Within 300m, supermarket, ‘Cross Fit’ gym, excellent pub, two discothèques, various restaurants including Chinese (with take away) and the famous bakery selling the best empanadas in Santiago! Bus links to the whole of Santiago with almost direct bus service (via motorway) to Bellavista and Centre. Private parking, if required. 24-hour security in a safe area of Santiago. Situated close to the beginning of the road to the ski resorts, ideal for hitching to the slopes (takes about an hour).

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
No noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Breakages must be paid for on the same day. Using any of the common facilities requires them to be left clean and tidy after use. Although there is a first come first served rule (per bedroom) for using the facilities e.g. TV, once the programme or film is over the offer of choice should be given to the next bedroom user....There are only two bedrooms so just alternate.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
