I have a house in 1 hectare of plain land with floweres and tres. It is twenty minutes from the city centre of Valdivia Chile by car. You can also take a bus very near from the house, just wak ten minutes. I live with my 9 year old son and a small dog that lives in the garaje. The house is not so big , It has two bedrooms kitchen, living room, bathroom, logia.
Near my house , across the Street lives my sister. Im 48 years old and speak spanish , english a bit of German and portuguese. I really love langueges.
Valdivia city is very a very touristic place, there are lakes and termal watersnearby also the sea is 40 minutes from my house going to the coast

About the Area
We are 15 minutes from the city centre, but the house is not in a neighbourhood, since my house is built in one hectare, the house is not very big but there is plenty of spalce outside with pasture , flores, bushes, trees. Walking for 10 mintues you can get the bus and go to the city centre , 45 minutes to go th the beach, and 45 minutes to go to the airport. If you like to be quiet with no noise of cars and rush people you will be good in my home .

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
